WOW! the i was just browsing random pages and i came across this incredibly deep, inspirational piece! i LOVE the statment the artist is trying to convey, and how he does it in such a satircal way. the use of the rat as a metaphor for the american people and how they are unaware that they are slowing loosing their constitutional rights. the mouse trap is much like the bush administration, slowly luring the american citizens with the promise with newfound freedom and success, however they are just waiting until they can move in for the quick, decicive kill. The rabbit represents the inner child within us all, innocent and unaware of the horrors that lie outside the saftey of our homes. and the way it is portrayed, the innocent nature of the american people is completely going over the top of the rampid opression that is coming around in the United States. Furthermore id like to commemd the artist for this style and penmanship, for although it looks easy enough, it is that illusion of simplicity which makes this piece great. i can definatly see pen strokes inspired by the great master cho, perhaps the greatest caligrapher the world has ever seen, and it is a well known fact that he lived as a hermit in the alps of northern ireland. from his tiny adobe, he trained willing pupils that took the trecherous journey past the molten lava lakes and the giant wind faries. before they took this trip however, they needed to obtain the eye of infinite wisdom from the last dude in the elite four (not just the avg elite four, the secret ones when you fused the daimond and perl games together), but he had some seriously hard pokemans so very few people were able recieve the legendary training he was known to teach. and that my friends, is the end of the chapter.
